Christophe Pelet currently serves as Executive Vice President, Contracts & Legal at Comlux Group, where he leads the Group’s legal and contractual activities. His responsibilities include aircraft purchases, sales, financing, operations and management arrangements, as well as compliance, sanctions, anti-money laundering matters, commercial contracts, dispute resolution and M&A transactions.

Christophe holds a French Master’s degree in international commercial law. He began his career at Clifford Chance in Paris, focusing primarily on aviation matters, before joining Airbus. During twelve years at Airbus in Toulouse and North America, he held a range of senior legal and contracts roles, including Contracts Director at Airbus North America and Senior Contracts Director within the Airbus Corporate Jet team.

Christophe joined Comlux in February 2008 to lead the Group’s legal and contractual activities. Since then, he has negotiated, drafted and overseen numerous aircraft transactions involving leading manufacturers and a broad range of aircraft types across international markets.

Christophe was born in Canada, is Belgian citizen and was raised in several countries including Lebanon and the US. He is married and has three daughters.
