Christophe Pelet, Head of Comlux Transactions said : “We are proud to count these two new TwoTwenty orders, days before our US cabin completion facility receives its third ACJ TwoTwenty directly from Airbus Canada. These two additional aircraft were sold to two different clients, who selected the TwoTwenty for its incomparable cabin comfort and aircraft performance. Operation of the first ACJ TwoTwenty by Comlux Aviation has proven excellent with an amazing in-service experience. The combination of the Airbus airframe, the Pratt & Whitney engines and the Comlux cabin has really resulted in the creation of a “champion” of the business aviation.”

The ACJ TwoTwenty cabin completions will be performed at Comlux Completion in Indianapolis, Indiana as part a partnership with Airbus. After delivery of the first ACJ TwoTwenty earlier this year certified by EASA, the second is to be delivered fully completed in February next year, and the third one is arriving in few days to start the cabin installation. Comlux can accommodate up to six cabin completions per year, in addition to its VIP cabin line and MRO business line.

Comlux has appointed Adam White as Chief Executive Officer of Comlux Completion based in Indianapolis. Adam White will report to the Board of Directors of Comlux group and directly to the Group CEO.


As CEO of Comlux Completion, White will continue to lead the company through a program of development and modernization that was launched few years ago. All of this is intended for the benefit of our clients and offers a promising future to our current and future employees.

Prior to joining Comlux in 2019 as Chief of Technology, Adam White built his career around business aviation, with a focus on Completions. In his 20+ year career, the majority being at General Dynamics companies Gulfstream and Jet Aviation, he has led company transitions and new product development in both the US and Europe. Needless to say, his experience in VIP cabin completion speaks for itself.

Comlux is pleased to announce the appointment of Daron Dryer as a member of the Comlux Board of Directors team. Mr. Dryer, who served as the CEO of Comlux Completion from 2019 until 2023, will officially assume his role on the Board starting in September.

Daron Dryer, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Missouri University of Science and Technology, boasts an impressive 28-year career in the aviation industry. Throughout his career, he has focused on managing, overseeing production, engineering, and certification processes for over 30 transport category aircraft and interior completions. Notably, Mr. Dryer holds the distinction of being an FAA DER (Designated Engineering Representative), authorized to make findings on behalf of the FAA in the areas of Mechanical Systems and Rapid Decompression.

Before his recent appointment to the Comlux Group’s Board of Directors, Daron Dryer held various key positions within Comlux Completion. He began his journey with the company in 2009 as the Manager of Mechanical Systems Engineering, steadily advancing to the role of COO in 2017, and eventually being appointed as the CEO of Comlux Completion in 2019.

Comlux, one of the leaders in business aviation, is pleased to announce the ground-breaking of its new hangar facility at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South. The ground-breaking ceremony took place in the presence of Tahnoon Saif, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, and Richard Gaona, Executive Chairman and CEO of Comlux.

The future facility will span 12,000 square meters and boast a 5,000 square-meter hangar, in addition to hosting an adjacent building spanning 2,250 square meters across three floors. The hangar will accommodate two ACJ or BBJ family aircraft types simultaneously (up to a maximum ACJ321 or BBJ3 size), including the future ACJ TwoTwenty, which will enter into service with Comlux Aviation in the coming months. 750 square meters of technical shops will also be established on the ground floor of the adjacent building. As well as a new design showroom for the ACJ TwoTwenty, the two additional floors will also be dedicated to commercial and management offices, lounges, and meeting rooms to welcome Comlux customers.

The ultra-modern facility will be fully equipped with solar panels allowing it to produce 100% of the electricity required by the company’s activities. By the end of 2023, the hangar will be completely operational, allowing Comlux to provide its Middle East customers with line maintenance, AOG, and parking rental services.
