Buying a private jet is one of the most rewarding investments you can make. It offers freedom, comfort and complete control over your travel. Yet knowing how to choose the right private jet for your needs requires careful thought. At Comlux Transaction, we understand that choosing a private jet is more than a transaction. It’s a personal journey to find the right jet for you, one that combines performance, luxury and individuality in perfect balance.

Understanding your travel profile

The first step in buying a private jet is understanding how you travel. Think about the journeys you take most often, how many passengers you usually carry, and how frequently you fly. If your schedule involves short regional trips, a light jet may be the ideal choice. If you travel long distances across continents, a larger aircraft with an extended range will serve you better.

At Comlux Transaction, we help clients define these needs before considering specific aircraft. Once your travel profile is clear, choosing becomes easier. You can focus on aircraft that fit your lifestyle as naturally as they fit your routes.

Cabin experience and onboard comfort

When it comes to buying a private jet, comfort is central to the experience. A jet should not only perform well but feel exceptional from the moment you step on board. The cabin layout, lighting, sound levels and materials all contribute to how enjoyable your journey feels.

At Comlux Transaction, we believe your cabin should reflect your world. Our completion teams design interiors that feel more like private residences than aircraft. Every element, from seating to technology, is crafted for comfort and elegance. When choosing a private jet, this attention to detail ensures your jet truly becomes the right jet for you.

Performance, range and efficiency

Luxury means little without capability. Performance defines what your aircraft can do, how far it can go, and how efficiently it operates. The right balance of range, speed and fuel efficiency will determine how practical the aircraft is for your needs.

Our aviation specialists guide each client through technical comparisons and performance assessments. With expert insight, you can be confident that your chosen jet delivers the results you expect, every time. At Comlux, we help you make a decision that blends technical excellence with lifestyle precision.

Cost of ownership and long-term value

Owning a private jet is an ongoing commitment. Beyond the purchase price, you’ll need to consider maintenance, insurance, crew and storage. A well-planned ownership strategy protects your investment and ensures long-term value.

Comlux Transaction offers a full range of services to support you at every stage. Our teams handle acquisition, registration and management with absolute transparency. With our help, buying a private jet becomes an effortless process, combining confidence, precision and peace of mind.

New or pre-owned – making the right choice

When choosing a private jet, you’ll need to decide between new and pre-owned. Each option has clear advantages. A new aircraft offers the latest technology and bespoke customisation. A pre-owned model can deliver excellent value and shorter delivery times.

Comlux Transaction provides full support for both paths. Our experts manage inspections, certification and refurbishment to ensure your chosen aircraft meets our uncompromising standards. Whether new or pre-owned, we’ll help you find the right jet for you.

Partner with Comlux Aviation

Comlux Transaction unites Swiss precision with international reach. Our expertise spans every area of aviation, from acquisition and completion to ongoing technical care. When you partner with Comlux, you gain a trusted advisor dedicated to delivering excellence in every detail.

We don’t just help you purchase an aircraft; we help you define your journey. Let us guide you in finding the right private jet for your needs, crafted to match your ambitions and reflect your individuality.

Las Vegas – October 15, 2025 – Comlux America today announced a major expansion of its operations and workforce to support a record order backlog and anticipated growth over the next several years.

Driven by strong demand across multiple platforms, Comlux America’s current backlog comprises 28 aircraft, including six A220s for Magnifica Air, four ACJ TwoTwentys, fifteen A321 NEOs, and three A320 NEOs. To accommodate this extensive pipeline, the company has entered into a strategic partnership with the Indianapolis Airport Authority to expand its hangar capacity and operational footprint.

As part of the agreement, Comlux America will:

·      Add two new hangars by Q1 2026, providing 4 additional narrowbody bays, and

·      Complete a further expansion by the end of 2026, adding 4 more bays for narrowbody programs

These projects will enhance Comlux’s capacity and flexibility, enabling it to accommodate a growing mix of VIP completions and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) projects.

In alignment with its infrastructure investments, Comlux America is growing its employee base to meet increased production demand. The company’s workforce expanded by 20% in 2025, with a further 20% increase planned in 2026.

The Comlux Production Center has also doubled its workforce in 2025 and increased its footprint from 12,000 sq. ft. (1,115 m2) to over 26,000 sq. ft. (2,415 m2), positioning it to handle the elevated 2026 workload.

“The strength of our backlog and the expansion of our facilities and capabilities are central to Comlux’s next phase of growth,” said Adam White, CEO Comlux America. “It’s also a key factor in bringing new investors on board. Their confidence reflects the resilience and scalability of our business model as we continue to serve a global client base.”

Comlux America’s ongoing growth and new jobs creation are greatly supported by the Government of Indiana. Mike Speedy, Secretary of Business Affairs, State of Indiana expresses Indiana’s position: “Indiana is proud to support Comlux America as it continues to expand its footprint and highly skilled workforce in Indianapolis. Their investment underscores our state’s leadership in advanced aviation which further strengthens its partnership with global aviation industry. Adam White, CEO Comlux America said: “This deal not only strengthens Comlux’s existing backlog of completion projects, but it validates the strategic positioning and transition we have been undergoing over the past few years. In addition to the 17 exclusive cabins on the ACJ TwoTwenty, it demands the same consistent, reliable, quality interiors inside the newest commercially viable airframes expanding all of the benefits of a private charter, or ownership, to a wider customer base. This collaboration marks a significant step toward a new future in premium air travel and we couldn’t be more excited.”

Wade Black, CEO of Magnifica Air says, In aviation, what people remember most is how you made them feel. That’s why we’ve chosen to partner with Comlux — the best in the business when it comes to exceptional outfitting. This partnership represents a global handshake grounded in our shared dedication to craftsmanship and excellence.”

Indianapolis – March 25, 2025 – Comlux, one of the leaders in private aviation industry, has signed a 3-year endorsement agreement with Romain Grosjean, a Swiss racing driver who competes in the IMSA SportsCar Championship for Lamborghini and serves as a reserve driver in the IndyCar Series for Prema.

The partnership between Comlux and Romain Grosjean is a logical evolution given the fact that Comlux’s main cabin completion and maintenance center is located in Indianapolis, USA, while the rich motorsport history of Indianapolis is dating back to 1909 when the Indianapolis Motor Speedway was built. Within his prolific racing career, in 2021 Romain moved to the IndyCar Series, which is North America’s premier open-wheel auto racing series. Moreover, Romain is an aviation enthusiast, a licensed pilot, and a private jet owner, currently operating a Beechcraft Premier 1. Although the relationship between motorsports and aviation might seem distant at first, there are in fact many commonalities between the two industries. Both industries require extreme attention to detail, precise engineering, technical acumen, extensive R&D, strategic thinking, talent, and last but not least teamwork to become a leader on the worldwide scale.

In the frame of the sponsorship agreement, Romain Grosjean will participate in various activities and events organized by Comlux and will endorse and promote Comlux’s services to the motorsport community both offline and online.
