Las Vegas – October 15, 2025 – Comlux America today announced a major expansion of its operations and workforce to support a record order backlog and anticipated growth over the next several years.

Driven by strong demand across multiple platforms, Comlux America’s current backlog comprises 28 aircraft, including six A220s for Magnifica Air, four ACJ TwoTwentys, fifteen A321 NEOs, and three A320 NEOs. To accommodate this extensive pipeline, the company has entered into a strategic partnership with the Indianapolis Airport Authority to expand its hangar capacity and operational footprint.

As part of the agreement, Comlux America will:

· Add two new hangars by Q1 2026, providing 4 additional narrowbody bays, and

· Complete a further expansion by the end of 2026, adding 4 more bays for narrowbody programs

These projects will enhance Comlux’s capacity and flexibility, enabling it to accommodate a growing mix of VIP completions and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) projects.

In alignment with its infrastructure investments, Comlux America is growing its employee base to meet increased production demand. The company’s workforce expanded by 20% in 2025, with a further 20% increase planned in 2026.

The Comlux Production Center has also doubled its workforce in 2025 and increased its footprint from 12,000 sq. ft. (1,115 m²) to over 26,000 sq. ft. (2,415 m²), positioning it to handle the elevated 2026 workload.

Indianapolis / Windermere, FL – October 14, 2025 – Comlux and Magnifica Air today announced a landmark partnership under which Comlux will complete the VIP cabin outfitting of six Airbus A220 aircraft and two Airbus A321 destined for Magnifica Air’s new “private-jet–meets-first-class” airline, defining a new era in luxury aviation. This collaboration reinforces both companies’ commitments to excellence, innovation, and elevated passenger experience in the premium aviation sector.

Comlux America, a recognized leader in completion, cabin modifications, and aircraft maintenance, has long been entrusted with high-end cabin outfitting.

Magnifica Air will create a new category in aviation, offering a hybrid solution between first class commercial and private jet travel, delivered with the consistency and scale of commercial airlines. With a projected launch in 2027, Magnifica Air will eliminate the stress points of travel, through a fully orchestrated, high-luxury guest experience, designed to make every flight a seamless arrival, the most efficient carbon footprint in aviation.

Under this agreement:

Comlux will handle the full cabin completion of six A220 and two A321 (plus additional options), including structure, systems, interiors, connectivity, and bespoke features.

The program is designed to combine the performance and economics of the A220 airframe with VIP-level cabins and service.

Comlux already has deep experience with the Airbus ACJ TwoTwenty program. It is the exclusive completion partner of Airbus for the first seventeen ACJ TwoTwentys and has already successfully delivered multiple completed cabins. While not part of the ACJ TwoTwenty exclusivity, this deal validates the performance and strong future of the airframe.

Magnifica Air plans to base operations in specially configured VIP terminals and use smaller, more exclusive gateways to reduce crowding and enhance the passenger experience.

Comlux Completion, the completion and maintenance center of the Comlux Group, takes delivery of the fifth Airbus ACJ TwoTwenty aircraft that is set to undergo cabin outfitting immediately.

The aircraft has been ferried to Comlux Completion, Indianapolis from Airbus Canada in Montreal and is delivered as a “green” aircraft.

The cabin completion is scheduled to take 10 months. Streamlined processes and ongoing production innovations at Comlux Completion allow for such rapid reduction of lead times.

In line with Comlux long-term strategy and planning, the next two ACJ TwoTwenty airplanes will be delivered to Comlux in November and December 2025 respectively. The Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams in Indianapolis are already working on definition of these two airplanes to ensure on-time delivery to end clients as well as efficient utilization of 5 aircraft bays in Comlux Completion hangar.

Comlux opens brand new Maintenance and Service Center in Dubai

Today, Comlux marked the official opening of its state-of-the-art service and maintenance center at Dubai Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). The facility spans across 20,000 square meters and will provide light maintenance, hangarage, AOG services, cabin detailing, and aircraft cleaning services, while also being utilized as Comlux’s regional headquarters.

The new facility spans across 20,000 square meters consisting of 5,000 square meters of air-conditioned hangar, an adjacent 2,500 square meter building spanning across several floors, and 15,000 square meters of apron space. Landside and airside basement areas are dedicated to technical installation and storage; ground floor houses spare parts storage and workshops; and the first and second floor are dedicated to commercial and management offices, as well as a VIP area and a design showroom featuring a scale 1 mock-up of ACJ TwoTwenty aircraft.

The hangar itself is designed to simultaneously accommodate two ACJ and BBJ aircraft, or several smaller jets. It is equipped with state-of-the art systems ensuring efficient operations.

While Comlux is known as one of the best private aviation operators in the region operating ACJ, BBJ, Bombardier, Embraer, and Pilatus aircraft, Comlux Middle East and Africa offers services to any OEM or operator. The aim for the future is to serve jets of any type. Moreover, as Part 145 maintenance organisation approved by EASA, Comlux Aviation has already performed a maintenance check on the world’s first Airbus ACJ TwoTwenty aircraft in this brand-new facility.

Opening a maintenance and service center in Dubai is a strategic move that allows Comlux to support their clients in the region, particularly Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. Moreover, the Dubai facility will support some of the activities of US-located division of Comlux focused on cabin outfitting and MRO services, Comlux Completion. Comlux Completion is an exclusive partner of Airbus for completion of the first 17 ACJ TwoTwenty cabins as well as Airbus ACJ Service Center and Boeing BBJ Authorized Warranty and Repair Facility and Service Center. Both entities, Comlux Completion and Comlux Middle East and Africa, will work closely together to provide the best services in the Middle East and beyond.

Indianapolis – October 22, 2024 – In the past 12 months, Comlux has been awarded 9 new contracts including 3 brand-new Airbus ACJ TwoTwenty interiors, 3 ACJ320neo VIP interiors and 3 maintenance & cabin upgrades.

The Latin “omne trium perfectum” (meaning “everything that comes in threes is perfect”) is the most accurate description of the latest additions to Comlux’s orderbook. All these projects will be carried out at Comlux Completion, the completion and maintenance facility of the Comlux Group located in Indianapolis, USA.

Comlux Malta Has Achieved EASA Part-145 Certification

Malta – July 26, 2024 – Comlux Malta Ltd. has recently achieved EASA Part-145 certification from the Civil Aviation Directorate of Malta.

With this certification in hand, Comlux Malta is able to provide line maintenance services for EASA-registered Airbus A320 and Airbus A220 aircraft at its facilities in Malta and Dubai. Therefore, with this approval, Comlux Malta Ltd. is now equipped to serve both existing and new customers on these aircraft types ensuring maintenance and support for their fleet operations.

To further enhance the approval, the upcoming efforts will be directed to expand the certification by Bombardier and Boeing aircraft.
